I switched servers and wanted to be in the same faction as my friends. I still had to wait almost 80 days to switch over factions. Then the patch went in where 60 days was the max. Well, my character still has about a 70 day wait to switch factions, which shouldn’t be possible.
Anyone know how you can address this? I am willing to wait my 60 day time, which would be another few days, since I have some “time served” waiting already.

Can you please attach an screenshot where it shows that you have a wait time bigger than 60 days?
I will escalate this issue for further investigation on a possible bug. Can you please help me with your World/Server name?

I am attaching a screenshot I just took at 0650 CST. It says I have 65 days left to wait still to switch.
The world/server is USEAST Ute-Yomigo (also in the screenshot)

Turbo, I have heard a lot of this issue around. Definitely not the only ones.
Yeah, everyone who’ve swap before the change that they made is still stuck on the old timer, sad.
@Firus I have not heard anything about this bug, and my counter is down to 57 days, which means I have waited 63 days and should be able to switch factions.
