And unfair leveling and items gain is not the only problem of this respawn rate boost. In some locations it is impossible for solo player to complete quest by looting suply crate, because mob is located within this crate and respawns faster then you are able to loot this crate. For example, the crate that is located near Amrine Excavation
Yeah Problem ist still not fixed
Question is, what is gonna happen if they fix it. i doubt they gonna remove the items/weapon xp the people got or even ban them.

I don’t believe this is fixed, seems folks are still exploiting this.
That’s just my opinion. No clue how long they were there, or how long they stayed. I barely got a tag on it, just enough for a drop or 2, but 0 xp. They are killing it too quick. I’m glad I don’t have a quest for him.
Might wanna look into this as it appears it’s still working. Maybe lower the xp gain more?

Best case scenario they slow it down so others cant abuse it but no way are they are going to punish those who got high levels abusing respawns (if they could even figure out who they were).

A bug that is being an exploit is an exploit. LOL there is no way to swing this one.
I think game servers keep track of how many mobs of particular type player killed (for achievements system), if so, then its seems possible to detect players with unusual kill count of elite mobs and punish them for bug exploit.
New level of exploit. This afk players use automation tools to spam autoattack on elit mob that cannot hit them. You dont need to physicaly be at computer, just go to sleep and wake up to see leveled characters.

Yep saw it on Themiscyra - 5-10 ppl hammering away at it while it re-spawns every 5-10s. I’d say this falls firmly into exploit territory. Not sure why for elevated mobs like this you don’t have a visibility timer on it. You kill it, get credit, then go into a 5m+ cooldown where you can’t even see it. Shouldn’t be hard to code for it.
If all these players would be banned that would be great!
3-4 days later and it’s still a problem, nothing was fixed, despite the developer’s claims in the notes. We can’t even complete the quest because just tagging the boss isn’t enough, you have to do a minimum of 25% damage. There are groups of people on Olympus server who straight up afk/bot farming it and disrupting the progression of everyone else there to complete the quest. Amazon needs to fix this bullsh*t now.
Still an issue on Yggdrasil.
There is no sane game developer who would punish players for something as benign as this. This is guaranteed to be patched and moved on from.
The bugs is abused at some other place where mobs are spawning incredibly fast, including an elite. AGS seriously need to fix these.
An easy fix will be to nerf the Xp gain each time you kill the same mob in a short windows of time, to 0. The same that is in place for players.
(And fix the spawn rate)
