I still see a lot of people manually clicking each item and confirm it when they want to salvage or repair items. But if you hold CTRL while pressing S or R you can Quick Salvage and Repair items in your inventory, which gets rid of the confirmation box. Hopefully makes the life of some of you guys a little easier!
