Thanks for taking the time to read this. I recently switched to IG\FS from melee. I’m looking to figure out how to maximize my damage.
I have decent gear & perks, Refreshing Pillar, Empowering Fireball, Unending Thaw etc. I have a lot of resil and refreshing on the gear.
For my abilities I am using the following: Fireball \ Pillar \ Burnout Ice Wall \ Ice Storm \ Entomb
Could you help answer the following questions?
What’s the priority weapon and abilities for this build? I understand it’s situational….
If all abilities are off cooldown and ready to use, and there is only a small group of people clumped, do I main Firestaff? Looking to throw fireball and then Pillar? Do I then switch to IG and plant ice storm?
I’m looking for the general play style and how to weave the abilities together. When do you use auto attacks? Are you looking to auto or heavy with the IG or FS?
