Describe the issue you are experiencing:
War on brightwood was supposed to be scheduled on 10/02/2022 at 22:00 but was mistakenly scheduled on 01/01/1970 and then yesterday nobody was sent invitations to the war

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:
We have spent time and money for the declaration but on 10/02/2022 no invitations were sent to the players in the war roster, and the war was lost because it was played by 0 players on both sides, causing the defense to win.

as you can see in the roster it states: 00:00 seconds left until sending invitations but no invitations were sent.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
We just declared war as any other war. Nothing notable was made other than simple war declaration.
