We also have existing workaround for some issues that you can find here:

- Describe the issue you are experiencing: If the game has decided there will be an invasion (without announcing it), the faction that puts a territory in conflict is unable to declare war and the timer gets paused.
In other words, if for example the game has decided there will be an invasion on 28-10-2021 at 20:00, which it won’t announce until 24h beforehand and your faction puts the territory into conflict on 26-10-2021 21:00 for example, you won’t be allowed to declare war even though there is technically nothing going on yet. Instead, the Declare War button and timer will be paused.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Didn’t allow me to immediately declare war and now it won’t allow the Covenant Faction to declare their war at the same time as ours.

(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes/No, you’re able to declare war after the invasion has happened, but it adds at least 24 more hours until you actually can.
