Oh you suddenly set a 15 minute timer that you didn’t mention in the OP. Kind of a major detail. But you also somehow couldn’t give us a straight answer to how long you were gone.
But you set a timer.
25 minutes was fine, there was no need to reduce it.

Hey I was voting for just removing the auto-run feature for a bit and not telling anyone, but they didn’t listen to me either. Guess they just did what they thought best to mitigate the silliness.
It’s amazing for the first time on valhalla queue is 270 when I got on compared to 1700 typical. It really was all the afk people causing insane queues. You should be able to get right back in as my server is one of the biggest.

LADY. I said 10, but let’s say 11 and even said “but lets say 15, but absolutely no more than that” because i knew 100% it wasnt, because it wasn’t, because i set a timer, but i didnt need to mention that detail. you sound lonely and boring. i won’t be replying further.
yeah it was a shorter que than usual! I will say that! But the afk timer went off wayyyyyy earlier than usual, and i still had a 2.5 ish hr wait vs 5-8h so thats nice

I suppose, still felt like a slap in the face though.
The queue has noticeably been shorter today but it’s still there and noticeable. Once it gets to the point where it doesn’t interfere with my gameplay then I’ll be happy. Such as reduced afk time so others that can’t get in can.
You seriously think the queu problem come from player ? Not from amazon ? 700000+ player (who pay for the game) no place on serveur and it s player fault? Cry about afk player yes… thing will move einstein. Try irl 20 ppl pay you for pizza and u offer 4 pizza, you will say ppl eat too much?? no problem ?

The responsible thing to do is log out and get back in queue while you do your errands. Queues are a temporary thing that will change as populations adjust. Try not being selfish. It’s just a video game.

On the two servers I play characters on, yes it was. You’ve basically posted the same content on every post that indicates that having half the server afk and using macros to stay in game.
The queue times have decreased significantly since they have taken action to reduce the number of afk characters in game. Great start! Now to track gold transfers and ban/reset characters who are selling ( and buying ) gold in-game for real life currency, and do the same to the characters sitting there killing the same mob over and over again for days to rush towards level 60. Totally exploiting an obvious bug with that instant-respawn. They’re just standing there afk with a macro spamming their attack.

I’m guessing a lot of these complaints come from people who knowingly chose to play on a high population server for pvp reasons or otherwise, then get upset too many people are playing on it and have to wait in a queue. But luckily there are transfers so that will be an option for people stuck on these servers.
So yeah the afk timer sounds like it’s in the right spot of 10 minutes or so.
amazon should be straightforward about the exact amount of time ppl can remain afk. dont understand why they are being so mysterious about it and leaving ppl guessing.
My servers wasn’t going above 600 in queue
Since they reduced the afk timer i wait between 600 - 900
So it’s actually worst, more people get kicked, so more try to get back in.
Your guess is wrong. For myself and many more like me, a server with at at the time lower pop away from streamers was chosen, and it ended up being one of the most popular somehow.
Plus ramen is better heated up on the stove top.
