The most correct decision on your part is to compensate for the maral suffering due to the malfunctioning of European servers by distributing 10k coins for cosmetics in the game 
I’d rather have the unfairness sorted out first, be it through means of artificial inflation or a semi wipe of gold and duped items.
I would definitely agree if they had much more items in the store…
