My character wants a new hairstyle and hair color change.
Will this happen? Or will they charge us for an appearance change?

This is the most important thing with the transmogs. I never seen any mmo without customization change option.

Worst case scenario, make it a buyable item in the shop to customise a character, the whole caboodle, face, hair, bodytype.

I think it won’t come before they rework character creation which is pretty limited as of now anyway

A barbershop would be awesome, even if you guys wanted to make this a 5 dollar item I think lots of people would be interested.
Right now I would love to change my hair on my character and I just hide my face and head with helmets.

Definitely need a barber but we shouldn’t be paying irl money, make it like WoW, charge gold for appearance changes.
I mean WoW has a monthly sub of 15 bucks - I wouldn’t mind spending 5 dollars for an appearance change. How often are you going to be using that service anyways?

Just have it buyable for the shop currency, and bring back a few of those as a Prime Gaming reward. That way Prime members wouldn’t necessarily have to spent more real money, but are able to if they want to change it more often.
I would of course prefer it to be completely free, but if AGS decides that cost/benefit ratio doesn’t work for a free service, the above mentioned method could be a good compromise.

I don’t see why they would charge for it. Do other MMO’s, free or otherwise, charge people to change their character’s appearance? I’m talking just basic stuff like hairstyles, beards, tatoos…simple things like that.
It’s not like it affects the gameplay at all. It’s purely a cosmetic thing to mess around with.

Make a barber shop in each town. they take one token to “fix you up” and those can be bought at the ingame stone
