having 5 different clans to have 5 different hours of siege is pretty sad. If there were a CD (48 hours), the big guilds would be forced to forge alliances and have other smalls guilds of the faction to wage wars, today a single guild can have the entire map, it is not healthy.

You know you don’t have to be IN the guild that owns the territory to participate in the war, right?

My point is that increasing the CD to join guilds has zero impact on one group owning the entire map.

You need to require a certain number of players from the attacking/defending company to be in the war as well has having the cooldown on changing companies so the same 50 players from the mother company aren’t running each war and those players can’t just jump from one child company to another.
Don’t expect AGS to act on this anytime soon though. They only have eyes for the January Content/PTS.
