We need better transmog or item look change system.

Being able to change appearance a item only by using in game shop item, real money items, feels like I’m playing a mobile game.

We need a system where we can equip just appearance from a item in our bags, or when you bind a item or piece of gear you learn that appearance .

Please this is way to obvious promoting certain streams, and just forcing to spent real money if you wanna have options . For Gods sake we are in 2021 Amazon , Jeff is richest man on the planet how much more money does he need?

I didn’t play guild wars 2, how is it over there ?

P.S it’s limited. I like WoW and Elder Scroll Online style where you change appearance for gold.

So imagine you pick nice pirate item in New World for the first time and it is bound on use. For better English i will paset this from GW2 wiki:
All skins are initially locked, except those associated with the starter equipment given following character creation. A skin is unlocked once per account, after which the skin is available to any character on the account. Skins are automatically unlocked by any action that binds the item or otherwise removes it from the economy:

    • Binding: equipping or right-clicking to choose “Unlock Skin”. Skins that are bound-on-acquire are automatically unlocked, e.g. purchasing skins with karma or badges of honor.
    • Equipping the item (only applies to armor and weapon skins).

But if AND I SAID IF ( to AGS) Amazon are greedy i dont think they will do this!!

That’s what I’m saying , Jeff needs more money for another space expedition. Just make right click on item , apply this item appearance to current item, charge small gold fee and that’s it.

Honestly, yes, just yes.
We need more skins, I feel as though they are already thinking of this, but hey all of us better keep asking anyways so they know how much we want this to happen soon! >:3

And yes as Lentexus said, it would be nice if it was similar to “Gw2” style for the skins.
also going off what MahavailoGaming said because that is similar to what Gw2 does, but moreover it just simply is once you “unlock” a skin, you can apply it on any corresponding armor/weapon.

For one of countless examples: I love how the “Defiled Leather Hat” looks, and it would be great if I could apply that skin to any “head armor” that I wanted instead of only those that were from the shop.

(( not to mention DYES Oh goodness do not get me started on how much we need an actual BLACK dye. and I mean like Gw2 version of “Abyss” black. ))
