I’ve lost nearly all hope in New World. Its great game and I love it and supported it.
But the amount of spoiled ‘people’ who can write all kind of aberrations for endless nerfs and recently went more further asking to ‘ban’ certain weapons … its just to much. Anything somebody write to those ‘people’ its getting censored because of ‘automatic report censor’.
Amount of aim-hack users is disgusting on every server, Legacy and Fresh Servers - I’m only playing on 5 servers but I assume they are on every server.
Anything about this taboo subject gets deleted or even giving 3days ban to who post about it (I got it too but I know few more who also got it).
There were videos on this forum with people explaining how the aim-hack working, how u can lock target on specific player, how u can aim on head/body (so they can avoid head-shots only to dont look suspicious), and all the features and options u have.
I’ve not heard a single ban about people who abused passive exploit for weeks or months! Here I’m talking about people who used the bug with intention to cheat to gain unfair advantage in Wars, Arena, OPR and/or Expeditions - not about some people who maybe created it once or twice by accident during a month.
I’ve not heard a single ban about people who use Nvidia settings to REMOVE all objects and ‘by miracle’ it happen all the times to RANGED players. It even got mentioned its not allowed, yet there are people posting screens/videos from Wars/OPR/Twitch stream using these settings and none of them got banned as far as I know - sure I can be wrong.
MMO where u play shooter its something new on the market. I dont understand how all the other range weapons are limited to 100-200m into reaching the hit, yet Musket or Bow can shoot through an entire map until meet an obstacle.
Same like all other range weapons are dodging and hitting, so should do the same Muskets and Bows. Not to stay in a bush or some silly rocks and kill somebody with ZERO risk. In a direct fight a Musket/Bow can kill target before reaching them or before climbing the rocks.
Where is Risk and Reward there? There are only rewards and usually Muskets/Bows dies either by other range or getting attacked from behind while they aim other players in front.
Gold selling its crazy. I personally dont mind it and dont care about it.
But they could simply announce it as legal method. As long they basically NEVER done anything about that and nor seeing them mentioning it at all.
What bother me are people who sell territories for real money or gold with the ‘name change’ option. This should be bannable.
The last rock on tomb its the support system totally not existing. Yes, we gladly have a few DEVs here on forum.
But the whole automated system of New World its also killing New World slowly. Every group of mad ‘people’ can spam report for any reason and either u get a ban in game or ban or post removed on forum. Without any human actually verifying if the reports are legit or not, and in the most cases if u open ticket u will get answer by when ur ban expire.
I’ll probably stick around just to kill my time until any new MMO is released. I doubt the next patch will bring any changes as looks like DEVs are living in totally different world than us.
