Townboards are indicating that they are providing the buff, tooltips show that you have it, but its not working.
Just did 44 scarab rolls with 595-600 showing, ended up getting a bunch of 592,593 items.
0 legendary rolls, but I just attribute that to the lower odds, and bad RNG.
