Is this a bug? Yes, This is a Bug.

(if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: I could not use the ice Pylon ability at all! I reset the game, logged off, restart PC, etc. I was completely locked out from using the ability slot.

(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: I found on reddit that I have to die in the game.
This occurred 11/2/22 & 11/3/22
It was a random bug but It happened right before joining an Outpost rush. I could not fix it until after.
