Had a weapon called “Dark Sky” which I used in war but the following day It disappeared. I know I didn’t salvage it because I had it locked and used it in war but now I cant find it anywhere. Any way to get the weapon back? Was not cheap to make.
maybe you dropped it. I’ve accidentally dropped locked items before, not sure why it’s possible

I’m really sorry for the trouble caused.
While this can be really frustrating, weapons should not disappear from the bag. Please check your settlement storage for the weapon also make sure that the weapon is not salvaged or dropped it.
If the weapon is not salvaged or dropped. I would suggest you to try few steps.
Verify integrity of game files

Restart the Game
Exit the game and completely close the game from back ground and close the Steam app.

Hello and thanks for the response. I verified and fully exited out of New World and the weapon did not reappear. I don’t think I dropped it either since I used two different weapons in war and my second weapon is still there.
