I moved my 598 Infamy to EF storage to go to Genesis and now its gone.Please help!

Firstly, welcome to the community. My apologies for the trouble caused.
While this can be really frustrating, weapons should not disappear from storage. Please check all other settlement’s storage for the weapon also make sure that the weapon is not salvaged or dropped it.
If the weapon is not salvaged or dropped. I would suggest you to try few steps.
Verify integrity of game files

Restart the Game
Exit the game and completely close the game from back ground and close the Steam app.
