So i finally got a piece of Gear with Instable gravity Well perk on it and just as i went to try i figured that it does not work.
Im not getting any HP back nor does the second explosion trigger 
makes me very sad
I got HP back when I ran greataxe, and I had gear with the perk.
The second explosion did not seem to work though.
It has worked for me sometimes I think it actually has to hit with the projective to work. Not just being caught in the blast
Gonna try that, but thought i hit them with the projectile.
It just sucks if some weapon perks are not working
The gravity well damage radius is much smaller, like half of the radius the pull effect is so it’s much harder to hit when enemies use movement skills or simply start walking out of it. The heal will only heal you and trigger the second explosion if you get the damage off when the well bursts after it’s 3 seconds are up.
Yeah it does dmg but still no second burst 
Hm that’s weird then. I had a piece of armor with it before and it worked for me. The second explosion triggers around your character model, not where the well was placed just in case it was unclear. Maybe the latest patches bugged it.
