Describe the issue you are experiencing:
I was using a Rapier/Fire Staff. Holding the rapier, then switched to fire staff right before opening my inventory to trade out my fire staff for my ice gauntlet. When I switched it out, it showed my rapier action bar while I had my ice gauntlet out… then my character started going haywire and couldn’t use the ice gauntlet abilities. I think it fixed when I switched weapons, then switched again. But not 100% certain that’s what fixed it. I have not experienced this again. (See Video) -

I couldn’t use abilities or even move at times and I could still take damage. -

I recovered, I think by swapping to my other weapon, then swapping back. -

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
At the time, I did not know what caused it. It wasn’t until I looked back at the video that I made the assumption that it may have been caused by swapping my weapons right before going into my inventory, then trading out the weapon that I was now holding for another. Again, not 100% on that, though.
