Weapon swap still doesn't work, combat still feels clunky, still plagued by multiple combat relevant bugs, skips, glitches, freezes, and rubber banding

I don’t really care when content or cosmetics were ready or how long they take to be ready. I also don’t care what they say in a quasi-scripted video presentation. I care about what I see and can measure.

It’s a matter of appearance and good practice.

Core features of the game do not function as they should. Not only should a release not have happened under these circumstances, nothing should take a higher priority then functionality of the product they took money for.

I’m open to seeing evidence, but I can’t say I’ve seen anyone, anywhere, say “please make combat clunkier”. Yet here we are.

actually fixed a lot with bow, but still some issue with dodging while lowering the bow after ads, whether i fire a shot or not

Gotta love the “armchair developers” who think that people creating content like the winter event and cosmetics are the same than those fixing the bugs.

Seriously, have you guys ever worked on project bigger than mowing your lawn ?

It’s bad, but I’m still having a blast. Just beat a WH/GX + healer combo solo.

Congratulations

Weapon swap is pretty irritating. Also, idk if its intentional but if you use a spell or anything, I hear even with great axe now if you use a skill you start walking, and your character will not start running again for a couple seconds. This is like … a built in root basically, slows combat down pretty drastically. Again, idk if its intended but I hate it lol.

Yes, I love them! As much as I love people who understand that people creating content like the winter event and cosmetics and the people fixing the bugs are different people, but fail to understand that all of those people work for the same company that took money for a broken product.

The same whiners complaining about a supposedly “broken” product got 300+ hours out of it, for $40. Just a single movie with an average family of 4 will cost more than that.
Welcome to the group of people who make me laugh, with their self entitlement attitude.

Absolutely! And after you paid to see your movie and you and your family enjoyed it for a while, the movie suddenly stopped working. And the response of the movie theater should be “well you got your money’s worth, good bye” /s

I tired of dragging items one-by-one into my storage shed in about 3.5 seconds.

Agreed with OP’s intent: stop introducing new things, start fixing the broken things. Each update just makes the game more and more buggy… it’s getting ridiculous.

Is this an OPR specific issue? Since the last patch I have actually seen what I would call a noticeable difference in tanking / being able to block responsiveness. In the past there are plenty of moves that would hit me as I was stuck in an animation lock, but this past week it has been much more responsive and allowed me to get a shield up on attacks I know would have landed a week ago.

You might use shift+leftclick till it’s fixed

Indeed, just took the family to Spider-Man, it was $76 for tickets, popcorn, and drinks. Interestingly, the movie played from beginning to end with no glitches, bugs, exploits, down-time, or attempts to release another movie before the existing movie had finished.

Somehow, gaming is the only industry where you’re expected to pay for a non-functional product and when that product doesn’t work and you take exception you’re the impatient entitled one.

Many game breaking bugs can’t be known in this game until you’ve got 300+ hours, many game breaking bugs are introduced after you’ve paid $40 and 300+ hours.

It’s cool if you’re satisfied with your purchase and experience, many people aren’t. If you have counters and evidence to what we’re concerned about then please engage in something constructive. That we’re amateurs and whiners isn’t going to get very far.

You are in my brain, chapeau;)

Core mechanics are what should refined with all energy and work.

When developers see that with less work have more moneys( store and cosmetic) , they never polished the game because needs more work.
I see in td2, or valhalla, store and cosmetics = easy money, less fatigue.
But worst game.

Being an hypocrite for comparing a 2H movie with a game one played more than 300 hours - check. Still the cheapest form of entertainment, by far.

But keep on complaining, little snowflake.

Are you talking about when you compared it to a movie, or when I compared it to a movie?

Either way, bye for now.

Ye ok , how dare they celebrate Xmas while bugs are still in the game . Better cancel out all they have planned and worked on . U will still have bugs and no winter event , guess that somehow wuld made u more happy ? Or u really think that same ppl who work on Xmas cosmetic stuff are same ppl responsible for the weapon swap bug fixing etc ?

love the game palyed 400 -500 h but i give up on the fluidity of the pvp i only play for pvp and its supper unrewarding/clunky i think its pointless to add new content when you have game breaking bugs that ruin the whole experience

The weapon swap is what drives me crazy. In major battle it takes 3-4 time spamming the swap button before anything happens. By then you are likely dead.

Correct, as with any other profession in the world, if the product you delivered was unsatisfactory things like Christmas, vacations, and generally anything besides your unsatisfactory product probably aren’t on the calendar until you get it right.

I realize there’s people that are satisfied, I’m ok with that. I realize there are people that wanted content over bug fixes, I’m ok with that. I’m not satisfied and I didn’t want content over bug fixes.
