What server/world did you experience your issue on: Dry Tree (on Fae now and I can easily replicate it there).
Describe the issue you are experiencing: There is a weapon-switch bug in New World that has plagued me for quite a while now. Depending on the weapon you switch to, you are unable to do anything: you cannot swap weapons, dodge, jump, use abilities or potions, prone, crouch, you name it. The only ways that I know of to regain control of your character is to get knocked down, stunned, staggered, or die. It is quite debilitating!
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It makes me unable to play the game, really.
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: I can. I need to find something/someone to stagger, stun, or knock me down. Needless to say, in PvP this is crippling!

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: To trigger the bug, you have to do the following: dodge, guzzle a potion, press the key to swap weapons, input an ability before the weapon has properly swapped. Boom! Bugged.
When did this happen? it happens all the time.
