but are im wrong on that FOV was higher before? Im sure that it was higher before my break but i have been wrong before lol ![]()
Man I have no idea.
Don’t get me started!
They were even better in alpha.
Whirling blade was far better and reverse stab was an elegant 2hit combo ability in itself.
Actual balance will happen soon enough. Probably not now with the focus being heavy on Brimestone Sands. We can only hope that afterwards AGS finally sits down and looks at PvP as a whole.
And maybe let Tanks out of the basement lol
Lol this your first mmo?
Feel like greatsword/rapier will have the highest skill ceiling,
between extra iframes and blocking while attacking,
it will have the greatest amount of counterplay currently available in the game.
I think anyway.
That middle thing at least would get the ball rolling on really focusing in on what’s overpowered and the tweaking that needs to be done everywhere with actual numbers to back it up with ranked.
Just need a dedicated team.
EQ, UO, RS, RO, GCO, MS, ES, WoW, ESO, FFXI, WS, DFO, BDO, B&S, ESO, FFXIV, KO, KRO, Closers, SW, LA, PSO2, Terra, Rift, DP, DN, Albion, AA, KUF2, MS2, SWTOR, WF, SF, RotMG, Vindictus,

If you’re gonna start shit at least be it not such a stupid question yeh? lol.
Ah yes, bet balance came soon enough in those MMOs too. Lol
Sounds more to me like you’re still behind in gaming.
there is around 1% skilled people in this game , so 1 out of 100.
but not per every server coz they tend to go same servers.
and there is 0.1% talented players.
so one from 1000 .
more then 50% of them play bow.
so there is your answer.
be the best bow player on most servers.
thats the highest skill ceiling weapon.
Sounds to me like you are naive about the devs abilities.
Sounds to me like you’re just mad the game didn’t “Die” like you tin foil hats proclaimed.
What? That response has nothing to do with anything. I say good day to you sir!
You didn’t have anything relevant to say in the first place. You posted specifically looking to start shit. And now you’ll run with your tail between your legs, keep lying to yourself that you ever had anything relevant to add to the topic’. And you’ll keep answering because you want desperately the last word.
I said good day!
The issue with the bow isn’t the skill gap, it’s just how safe the weapon is. People in OPR sit 20m away from point just spamming left click, it isn’t enjoyable gameplay to play with or against.
This game is nothing hard on weapons.
Its all about positioning, auto attack, stamina management, dodge and consumable usage.
Most of the skill are easy to connect.
For real, there are many times that I have used just the sword without the shield so im unbothered by the weight restriction, its a great gap closer and very nifty for landing a few light attacks since its one of the easiest to land and paired with Empowered Leaping Strike it hits hard but I always revert back to adding the shield because the half attributes on sword alone always becomes an issue that I can’t overlook
Also, it’s probably easier to talk about which weapons have the lowest skill ceiling. And that used to be SnS Pre-Nerfed paired with Hatchet / BB / Warhammer. Thank goodness they got rid of that. Don’t care for the kill guarantees that it had on ranged players. It created a playstyle where they would just disengage and wait for CD’s to come back up if Leaping Strike missed or if their combo didnt finish off the enemy.
The next lowest skill ceiling is any DPS weapon paired with a pocket healer. There are no mistakes to be punished, it’s like having training wheels for PvP.
