I think personally you should get weapon XP in OPR, obviously, if this was ever brought into the game It would have to be balanced properly. It takes around 2-3 hours per weapon when killing NPC’s it would be nice to just have something else to play to level weapons.

Yes good idea and also leveling your character should be a thing since there should also be a queue for lvl 30-59 players. It needs to be cross server so it doesnt take to long to get in a game. I remember mmorpgs where i progressed with my character only by playing PvP and there are a lot players that dont want to PvE.
I made threads about this topic a long time ago but nobody cared.

OPR for lvl 30-59 yes, weapon xp, hell no. There are enough players who go there for gyspum and do not take the outcome of the game seriously. That would make it worse. a big no here.
I am in full support of this, but only as reward to the end of the game. I would also like to use azoth to level weapons instead of just leveling them.
