Weaving Accumulation Perk

Alright so I noticed Leatherworking Accumulation perk gear drops in abundance and it’s all over the market. I am pushing level 60 now and have yet to see a single Weaving Accumulation Perk gear drop, or see one on the Market in al 16 settlements. Is this just INSANELY rare? Or Is it bugged and not even part of the current loot tables.

If anyone here has looted a piece of gear with Weaving Accumulation please let me know.

Leatherworking Accumulation is the only one I’ve seen drop, period.

99.9% sure its not even in the loot tables.

I just got Weaver’s Pants which has 2% weaving accumulation.
