Weird bug, tab screen messed up

My character is fine, but my friends character was messed up, and he doesn’t use the forums, so I made this post on his behalf.

Thank you for reporting this on behalf of your friend. I just want to let you know that I have properly documented and submitted this game behavior to our team for further investigation. My friend got a temp ban on his account today, after a concerted effort on both our parts to get his Refining skills as high as possible before the double XP event ended. I post this here, because, like the glitched screen shot, I have no idea how this happened, but could these two thing be related?

His game glitched on the 22nd, and now on the 24th, he is banned? I don’t know if they are related, but I’m posting this here, because for all I know, they may be related.

Does buying stuff off the TP, refining, and then selling stuff back, and then buying more stuff, and refining other stuff, and then once again selling stuff and so on show up as cheating? When my friends character ran out of materials, I gave him everything I had, for several of the refining skills. One particular night, we got his Leatherworking up about 50 levels, from 130ish to 180 something, and then up to 200 night before last I think. I have several screen shots (that can show our progress if needed) , taken over weeks, documenting our mutual progress through our joint adventures in Aeternum.

This is with our third 60th level characters, and this is the first time I have gotten him to learn about crafting and refining skills, previously he would just level his characters to 60th level, and then start a new one. With much support, I finally got him to start exploring the refining skills, and he got interested in crafting his characters armor, and got his Armoring skill up to over 100 on his own.

Of all the friends I started playing this game with, he is the last one, who still plays, and not only still plays, but just about everyday. Not sure what I am going to do until next Friday. I still want to play, but not alone.

@Magva, if you could check this out, it would be most appreciated. While my friend and I were playing, we got the patch that day, and then something happened. I don’t know how, but I do remember we were buying and consolidating materials and reagents during the Refining double XP thing, and whatever this weird bug was, it messed up some of our player to player trades, and he was having trouble with the TP as well, IIRC.

The reason I post this here, is that he got banned for 7 days just two days later, and he has been unwilling to return until he hears back as to ‘why’ he got banned.
