Weird Stuttering in Eternal Pool Area

i have some performance issue, in eternal pool area, while fight the big bear, and the tentacles, it happens just in this area

While fighting the tentacles , my performance take a severe hit, like a “micro freeze”, just in this area and vs the tentacles.

i recently upgraded my gpu, performance in general are increased for the rest of the world, in this area there are some sort of hiccups.

I don’t remember i had this before latest patch.
Some other people in my team experiencing the same in this area.

Atm i haven’t a video of the issue.
