Weird Topaz Gypsum bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: got 11 topaz instead of 10

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: hm it kinda helped because 3 days ago i got 9 only and i even used 2 potions that day.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: So 3 days ago i only got 9 topaz after farming using 2 potions.Npcs were dropping bags but no topaz.From them i had 19 max daily(including the 10 I was getting).Today i farmed untill i got my 10 which would put me at 19 then I logged out,came back few hours later with 20min left on the counter for the potions,kill ed an npc(mordici the mordecai) and got an 11th topaz.
