Y’all forget that there were a couple times at the start of this game that people exploited to get Gold Cap, and there was no server rollback. There definitely wouldn’t be one now.
Are y’all on high pop servers experiencing a lot of people exploiting? Be happy then, because there will be a shorter que time with all the perma bans 
Could you please at least tell us if we can expect a rollback so we don’t waste more time playing ?

Pretty simple answer to your question.
So how many people will it take to leave the game before you have this fixed? One of the main things we do is buy better gear or materials so we can make better stuff. This is a big issue when you can’t do it.
Probably going to take 3 or 4 more of their staff members to leave and realize they are in over their heads… as far as players well who knows.
A rollback means losing all the progress I made on gear score, trade skills and harvesting skills. I did a lot since March 1 and losing that is worse than a bunch of duped consumables. I mean 38 gear score points, two trade skills from 150 to 200, 1 more from 100 to 150, and two of my last 3 harvesting skills to 180. That is a lot of effort on my part to be wasted on a rollback. So don’t just assume everyone will quit because they benefited from the dupe, that is just being asinine.

One of the additional results of having the TP and player trading offline is the loss of revenue to be able to pay maintenance fees for settlements.
I hope this will also be addressed.

There are still buy orders for golden steel chest in Barri as high as 185k so im sure dupers would have sold it if it was duped.
Closing TP isn’t that much of massive deal but p2p trade is because nobody wants to do anything while they can’t get fees etc. Please if this will take much longer allow p2p trade, im sure nobody would risk getting banned by trading with dupers if there are any left ofc…

Our team is working to identify the cause and fix the duplicate item issue. When we know more about when this patch will be released and when we can re-enable Wealth Transfer, we’ll let you know right away!
We are also in the process of suspending or banning all players who have used this exploit depending on the severity of the use and removing items that have been placed on sale to minimize the impact of this bug on the Mondial economy.
