What are doing about the bots?

Hi, I wounder if Amazon are doing something to prevent that their gamingservers are crowded with bots?

Are you actually reading the Bot Behavior reports that players are sending in game?

I’m really sorry about this issue with the bots, we’re actively working in having this solved as soon as possible to completely remove the bots from the game.
