Hi, fast question, what count as a buff? Buff food, Coatings etc are not working as a buff? Why? It should give 30% more healing for each buff, but it looks only some lifestaf bufs are counting. Is it intentional? Then why this is not specified in skill description?
I did some personal testing on this specific thing. The description doesnt specify, which is also one of those oversights on specific details from the devs again. The “Buff” it refers to is any buff applied by your life staff - aka, fortify or haste for example. None of the coatings, food buffs, etc. count as a “Buff”.
