I really believe that this is a bug, it doesn’t make sense for me to lock an item so it doesn’t get scrapped and get discarded… even worse is being able to discard holding shift, I went to change an accessory in the middle of pvp and ended up discarding it without noticing… I lost an BIS 180k gold item because of this…
if you don’t want to block that’s fine…but how about at least a confirmation message when trying to discard an item?

Taking advantage of the topic… after the correction that was made in the last maintenance, the items that are blocked after being removed from the bank can no longer be stored in the bank… I believe it is a bug too
