Regarding to you question, I like to tell you that that value is not the price of the house you will have to pay once you bought it so you don’t have to worried about it.
However I will be asking to the Devs team what that value mean and why is there when you like to buy a house in New World. At the moment I got a answer from them I’ll le you know to clear you question.

I got a answer from the Devs team and the price of 7,500 coins that the real price to pay for the house and also you can click of the “?” icon to get more information about the prices of the houses.
