So basically after 700h of healer/mage (thanks god there’s void glove to make the life a little bit easier), for the New Years Eve, me and my partner decided to buy a voidbent armour + great axe/war hammer, all 600 gear score on my character. For the memes.
In that precise moment I realized that life is actually unfair for someone. I felt transforming from the bullied geek nerd to the captain of the football team.
This is exactly how I felt.
I don’t even want to imagine how absolute overpowered it was pre-nerf. BRUH.
Thanks god we can respec fairly easy in this game. Not saying that is good for everything, I still prefer healer to do Lazarus/Gen and other stuff, but for the majority of the content…damn.
PS: Even after the nerf OPR is pure trolling with GA/WH expecially if you got a bit of skill from totally NERFED TO THE GROUND weapons like fire staff.
Now you just need to make threads being angry that you can’t 1v1 or 2v1 a healer in heavy armor healing just themselves. Bonus points if you call VG op.
I use VG/LS and I do well in OPR but I get beat up easily if I’m not with a group of GA/WH players. I see the killing spree they can go on and idk why so many of them come in here complaining about heals when they’re basically the wild animals hacking and dicing everything. Makes me want to be one of them sometimes.
nothing happens bro. On top of everything, the Great Axe has automatical grit with heavy attacks. Look, as soon as I saw the interview of the devs admitting they play this combo I gave up and made GA/WH by myself. I’m steam-rolling people now.
Anyway, good thing of the game is that you change build very very easy. Just grind like crazy, get money, raise all skills, and you’re ok.
