I log into the game tonight and notice something update something. My game already ran like trash, but after this update omg it’s so unplayable. I’m not sure what you guys did but please fix this mess.
As best I can tell, they did something to something, and that caused something to something.

Sure it’s not your computer? Potatoes don’t run modern games to well.
There was a new NVidia driver update that was released that may have reset your settings, causing any optimizations you had made in the NVidia Control Panel to be reset, depending on the type of installation you chose. You may want to check your settings again.

yah no, I’ve learned not to mess with drivers like everyone says to update to latest. Lately Nvidia can’t get their tail straight either… I was ok until this last update… I mean it still had the stutter and ping junk, but it’s worst now.
if OC 13700k with OC 4080 is potatoes I feel sorry for anyone still running this is 10 series and below. Truth is this game engine is junk and it’s never worked good, but after that update it was worst… I just updated again hopefully they fixed something lets see.
it not your comp, im running 64gigs of ram a i9, 3080 and a 4080ti, its there game there’s tons of great comps that have issues with this game.
I feel like you have to tweak your NVidia settings in NVidia Control Panel to make New World behave properly, because AGS has so poorly optimized New World. I have followed various Youtube guides to get the most out of my 3080. When I update my NVidia Drivers, I choose the Express Installation option, with the hope that all of my settings in the NVidia Control Panel are maintained, like it states they are.
