This guy admitted selling ingame gear to another person for real money. I bet that he does not only sell gear and that it’s not his first time doing something like this. This happened yesterday on the US East Server Maramma. I wanted to bait the guy, but can’t have two accounts on the same server unfortunately. Is there any actions been taken against players like this? I have zero doubt that this player will continue real money trades.

report him to the GM next time he log in to Maramma I guess.
