What is the bis Tank ring?

I have been farming for Memory of Antonio ring with Keen Awareness and Hearty on it for now ( and it’s been 3 days every 10 mins) I swear I don’t think he drops it lol I have yet to see him even drop 1 purple. But anyway was wondering what would be considered bis? thanks and happy holidays all

If you want those 2 perks and STR, there are more rings out there with that stuff on it.
Smooth Bone ring and Beginning have those as well
Smooth Bone ring drops in Laz and Beginning drops in Forecastle.

While there aren’t and black alligators in Laz, it does drop.

thanks for the info had the ring drop after 3 days or so, it was more for a budget tank build with plans on working on getting a better bis ring. I love tanking so far so now need to work on getting into laz and or grinding until I can get that Beginning ring it looks pretty sweet thanks again and happy holidays.
