What is the process of BOT REPORT INVESTIGATION

Hi AGS,
There is so many complaints about bots and your obviously very ineffective way running through all the reports and evaluate them.

Maybe the process is the problem and needs to be reviewed.

Is there any way you can explain the community, how you are processing the bot reports you get from players?

The link that our team has been giving out directs you to the Amazon Games Support site where you can report folks by using the “Report a Player or Company Outside the Game” steps. That gets the Game Moderators attention faster than any post on the forums can. Remember, when you are reporting the more information you can give us the better. Player name, region, server, time (specify the time zone please) are invaluable to our teams. Not just to investigate the individual, but to investigate the telemetry the individual was causing on the server as well. Whenever you come up with an individual in game that needs to be looked into by our Game Moderators, use that above link.

The implication made by this post is that reports made via the in-game interface are meaningless or ignored, and that players need to report “player name, region, server, time (specify the time zone please)” via their web-based customer support, rather than the ‘Bot behavior’ category of the in-game player report.
