I know this was briefly mentioned. Then back tracked and now I’m hearing it’s going forward again? What gear is this for? OPR crates? War/ invasion? Gypsum crates? Is there an exact just of items this will effect or is it not happening at all?

I believe this is the most updated info on proc gen items.
That update from devs was fantastic, but it left out one critical component- the armor rewards from OPR rewards are currently NOT upgradeable (weapons can be upgraded, however). Many of us are assuming that they will include this feature for OPR armor, but that is a major assumption on our part.
That’s what I’m confused by, OPR armor is not upgradeable.

Really would like them to clarify the OPR gear because that statement isn’t true
Yah for sure they just assumed it worked without even doing a test. If i had to guess it wont be touched till the patch at the end of march but well see!
Just don’t open any weapon or armour crates in the meantime
Yeah gears from breaches also don’t get 3rd perk
