Raids or any big non-grindable PvE stuff.
Something that’s letting me down in terms of “endgame” is that players are just grinding because the content is grindable outside of small dungeons which only gate is the key. I really want something big that gives appropriate rewards if completed.
The “epic factor” isn’t really here for now.
The RNG of crafting. I should be able to farm mats and craft what I want. If RNG needs to exist in crafting, then make it so you get a chance at an increase in some random stat or perk. I shouldn’t have to salvage an entire four hours worth of farming, hanging my head to cry, then sticking up my chin with an empty inventory to try again….for several more hours.
Lag and desync and no propper solution.

Lack of challenging end-game content. I like this game, beside all of its issues, but right now the only fun content left for me to do is Lazarus and Genesis Expeditions. Open world content can all be zerged so gives me zero challenge/fun and PvP is just plain boring or in-accessible by me as I never managed to get picked for Wars.
So, at this point, if they don’t add more challenging end-game content, I will just get bored and move on. Two expeditions is not enough.

Taxation an how incredibly over tuned the system is. The current tax system feeds a small portion of the player base. It’s not inclusive, promotes toxic communities, and exploiting gameplay.

The issue with wars is defenders spawning on the point. That was literally the worst idea they could have come up with and doesn’t reward any skill from the attacker when you can respawn right where you died while the attacker has a 15s run back. That is just lazy design.
A better idea would be to put a point on the back of the fort as well. Force armies to split into smaller groups to defend. Don’t make the points “lock” after a cap, make them tick POINTS, similar to OPR or Arathi Basin in WoW. Once the attacker gets “X” number of points, the doors of the fort are breakable.
The current design forces zerging onto a point and rewards little gameplay skill. Smaller groups constantly rotating would be a much cleaner and skillful design.
How difficult it is to land attacks with ranged weapons compared to how piss easy it is to play melee.
i really wish we would just get a aptitude chest for weapons past 20. except the rewards are free respec tokens. there really shouldnt be a gate for changing out stats. also we kinda need loadout pages (also lockers) considering in OPR you can get stuck with an entire team of GA/WH and lose because you have zero healers then get pushed all the way to spawn.
being able to fix up your team comp for a competitive pvp is kinda important.
