Hi guys, just wondering what type of houses have you bought, and how do you use them?
I own a Tier 3 House in Everfall on Tupia server, but I let the tax lapse after the first 7 days, I am currently level 49.
How do you intend to maintain 3 Tier 4 Houses for the Endgame? Do you even want to buy more than 1 House?

I have the cash on one character (30k-ish) to get into a house and not worry too much about taxes (thanks to the 1st house discount) but I don’t have a house yet. I have no plans at this point to go beyond one house until I’m sitting on enough gold that purchase and upkeep on 3 of them isn’t a concern. The other character only has 13k or so - so housing isn’t on the table for it at all right now.
3 houses is cap. i have 3 houses in different corners of map.
i have my recall to inn far north.
i pay them because i sell tons of stuff and make 1-2k a day in trading and then another 300-600gp losing pvp outpost rush. yes losing it because i dont exploit (light armor frost/heal). taxes i will let lapse if over week and friday i will pay because most my play time is weekends.
Does anyone intend to Buy and Maintain 3 Tier 4 Houses? Do you even need all 3 Houses to be Tier 4?
My plan is to ignore the housing system til their economy team realizes there’s too many gold dumps and not enough ways to generate gold especially once you hit 60 and are out of quests.
Yes, there are serious complaints from Level 60 players that it is very hard to make Gold coins once the side quests are all done as well as the main story quests.
I personally think taxes as they are now are way too expensive for people who want to play casually or not for very long extended periods anyway.
If you never pay taxes, then what good is your house? Can you still use it for fast travel?

Get 1 tier 4 house in your main settlement for the storage, and for the other 2 houses tier 1 is fine because they give 5 trophies each just like a tier 4.
