The Chronicler hat has a gear score of 520. All other Chronicler armor has a score of 420. The equivalent hat for other factions all have a 420 gear score and a level 40 requirement. This hat has a level 60 requirement which is higher than the better next level hat. No one would ever use this hat at level 60. I want my 8000 tokens back, please.

I noticed this too yesterday. I even bought the hat to see if it was a problem within the store interface, but nope, it’s a level 60 hat. Considering all the other rank 3 items are 35-40, this needs to be addressed.

By the time you hit level 60 this hat will not even be something you’d want to use. I want my 8000 tokens back (and by the way, items bought from vendors should have a grace period within which they can be refunded.).
