What was on your mind, when you created a XP cap for Arenas?

So right now you can play 40 Arena matches or 3 hours and get full xp and full salt. Afterwards you only gain 25%. Can you please tell us what was on your mind, when you made the decision to cap the xp in arena?

The most efficient way to earn PVP XP is to run PVP Missions cause you get 1.000-1.500 xp in 5 minutes. But it’s boring to run in cyrcles for hours. You dont have a cap to earn xp here.

In the same time you can earn max 750 xp in an arena match. But you have to win, so its not
guaranteed. Cap is 40 matches or 3 hours.

OPR is 2000xp at a win or nothing if you lose. OPR is round about 20mins. No Cap here.

So the most efficient way is to run boring pvp missions and there is no cap. Don’t you think its time to tweak some numbers on the xp and get rid of the cap in arenas?

Just another Time Gate with less restraints… Yes there is a cap, but then after that cap you can still play but only reap 25% of the rewards.

Doesn’t make much sense really…

Theres a cap in opr as well i got 25% (500xp) i believe after 6-7 oprs also with 3v3s in the mix.

PVP xp needs to be revamped at soonest. Due to different servers having different faction size. Each server with the most faction members on them basically owns great cleave and has access to endless loops. The smaller faction is zerged down and cant compete. This has some faction’s average track to be 20-30ish for the little faction and 70+ for the bigger ones. Allowing it be uncapped has already set a disadvantage to the lil factions on each server which in terms has made people quit or transfer off. Your timegates have dwindle the number at least from my point of view. This could also result in advantages in WAR because of the faction who owns great cleave has the better drops from the prestige items just cause they got to refresh the checkpoint more. Just my opinion and not facts, but providing my insight.

Solution:

  1. put a cap on faction quest for 20 or something, the same way you give the daily bonus. This will in return make queuing for OPR/3v3 more enticing.

  2. Have a marker count down to see how many OPR/3v3 we have left before the awards get degraded. That is a big morale killer when you meticulously manage your track to get awarded what you assume it would be but then get less.

Side note:

Why the f are we seeing the same named items that we already purchased on the track. Waste of my time 2022.
