Remove keys from dungeons and add a “group-finder” tool.
(It’s simply not a good system to force your player-base to grind the very same content over and over and over again, just to being able to enjoy the in-game content they want to play!)
Make storage global.
(The current storage system made sense when focus was more on open world survival PvP MMO. But now when it’s supposed to be a theme-park MMO, please let the player-base use it’s time on playing the game, and not having to focus, and spend energy, on managing a tedious storage system, where crafting and switching your build forces you to grind azoth or spend playtime on carrying items from A > B)
Remove housing taxes.
(We play a game to have fun - Not to constantly having to worry about upkeep, and trying to “unlock” what we already paid for, every time we take a little break away from the game)
**The above game systems are NOT user friendly, and clearly doesn’t work as good in practice, as they might have done on paper. The majority of casual and “solo” players have left the game, due to the system i have mentioned above. A lot of gamers want to spend the 1-2 hrs they got every second evening, after having worked all day and taken care of their families, on opening NW and play the content they enjoy. They do NOT want to log in and care about unpaid taxes that nerfs their character, or grind some boring content for the 78th time, just to play a few dungeons - And they sure do not want to spend almost half of that playing time on trying to manage their inventory… THEY WANT TO PLAY AND HAVE FUN! **
Agree with storage and keys. Taxes aren’t too bad if you raise standing enough and take reduced home taxes in you house territories. But I could also live without them. At least increase storage 500-1k before chest are added.
3 houses is still what i can make in 1 day, and the keys are not expensive at all (i mean i saw some retarded prices come by for spots like 8k for a gen run spot), but in general u pay like 1.5k , and almost always come out with items worth that or simply with a profit due to what u find & can sell.
what you can do however, is pick 1 of your friends, or yourself and let that guy be the dungeon guy ( we did that in our company) and then funnel every bit of material that person needs to reach 200 into that player)
You pay 300-400g a week rn because of the 90% tax reduction. After that runs out you’ll be paying 3000-4000g a week just a fyi lol. A little bit of an increase.
oh yeah i somehow totally forgot about that, i retract my statement regarding it being easy to pay then, no way in hell am i gonna cough that up, even tho i can. the moment the 90% drops my house goes byebye i suppose
