With the use of secondary accounts and transfer tokens, people are buying stuff cheap in some servers and selling in others for profit.
I would like to know if this is allowed/ encouraged/ punisheable. If punisheable, are you tracking and taking actions against it?

So, you have main account with char have a coins on server A.
You buy new account, and create new character on server A, give him coins from main.
You find a good deal on server B and transfer alt character with coins to B.
You buy third account, make character on B and transfer goods to A.
What next?
You have paid $80 for transfer goods from B or request steam refound for alt accs?
Best would be to not allow server transfer below lvl 60….
Also when it becomes really expensive (RL cash) when purchasing servers accounts.
With all the fires and issues persisting in this game, personally, I couldn’t give a crap about this and hope that they don’t either. They have way more to take care of than putting resources to these scenarios. Who cares.
Except that with the amount of people who stopped playing, you don’t need to abuse refunds or buy accounts. There’s plenty of people who quit the game and are willing to transfer their characters to help friends do it.
I don’t see any problem with this, but it’s not my opinion or anyone else’s that matters.
That’s why I would like to know if this is some kind of offense from Ags’s point of view.
Gotta agree while this seems an issue, they have much bigger issues especially with the player base almost under the 100k marker already. Rather they full focus on exploits, bugs and end game content for now.
To top it off, new accounts don’t have the free transfer tokens, so they’d have to buy those on top of the new accounts.
It’s not worth spending money of transfers for in game minimal profits.
