Weaponsmith Pants = 36 hours
Back in April(?), I did 12hrs/day Fri-Sun….gave up and it dropped on my first kill that following Monday.
There were a ton of people farming the whole time…Kinda had a party vibe going.
Timekeeper’s Hand = ~24hrs and it wasn’t bad because I walked away with a TON or Ori.
Days after days. Not joking. Farmed for almost 2 month since mid of October and almost till the end of December
The Surgeon in Reekwater.Farmed him for two weeks, monday till friday,every day for about 5h. thats round about 50h farming this ******mob and i didnt get the legendary trophy mat so i decided to farm ressources and buy 3 of them for 150k each 
very frustrating experience…

I spent 3 weeks doing stockpile run in Shattered trying to get Loaded Dice. It was the only thing I did, maybe an average 5-6 hrs per day, since I got work and life needs to happen.
I finally got one. So I said facc that and bought the other two to make my trophies 
I know I’ve spend a lot of time on Surgeon too but thats spread of months.
Lazarus Bow. Made about 100 Laza runs…
1800+ kills on Malevolence for 1 pants…
And there’s more, literally 85% of my 4k hours was used farming Named items, I’m trying to collect them all

I’ve been doing that too. I have a whole spreadsheet I made on Excel.
But you’ll realize you won’t have enough storage for them all. And I was left wondering why I even did it, I won’t even use 90% of it

Piggy mask from the alpha pig in restless shores. Wanted an assassin looking dude and i got it. All the other stuff is craftable so i havent farmed for anything sinse but that took me 20 mins.
Idk if this counts but I have never once recieved a neishatun item in my entire time playing.

Over a year-i am not exaggerating I got 5K hours in the game now.
Just trying to get a ancient mandible from the surgeon .
37 hours cowl of the augur pre 590 patch tho so the 4 I got around 540 would have been 590
late 2021 and did laz for weeks - never got a fury
