dont bother, we have tried countless times to punch that tiny bit of common sense into these kinda ppl´s heads. they cant see logic through the curtain of tears.

There is absolutely zero PVE content that requires you to be flagged whether you are by yourself or in a ‘large group’.
PvP content is made for those who enjoy Pvp, since a player will always be a much harder opponent than an NPC. Now, if you enjoy fighting only NPC’s, then do not flag. You only gain a 3000 luck bonus while flagged, trophies and luck gear can accommodate your needs.

Solution is simple: Do not flag.
(And knock it off with the “don’t force your…” nobody is forcing anything on you.
PvP isn’t forced on you any more than Group content is forced on me. (Do people in Myrk and Gen/Laz get better loot more often than I do alone? Absolutely. Doesn’t mean I’m forced to do it.)

Surprisingly this was 3 of my experiences, mining peacefully. I even moved over to give them the resources - they still killed me.

What is PVP gear? You are making the assumption that I am rich and have tons of skill, and I am stat maxed, and 600+ I’m not. That’s not the enjoyable aspect of the game. I like looting sure, mining, and crafting. I can hardly wait for more crafting challenges, materials to be added.

You don’t have to PVP. Yes there are bonuses of going PVP, but that also comes with risk, so… just don’t flag up. Problem solved 100%.

That makes it entirely your choice. If you flag up, expect to die if you can’t win the fights your flagging created the opportunity for.
No thats a broken mechanic, and same as if someone cheated and just bought gold. If one form of battle forces the other group at a disadvantage whats the difference.
The two are nothing, at all, like each other. One is a blatant ToS violation and ban-worthy. The other is a player choice. If I flag up I expect to kill or be killed. If I don’t flag I don’t expect bonuses those who knowingly take the risk of dying get.
