I mean why dont they implement full list of changes instead only few major? But thats not all because it turns out that many stealth nerfs/buffs make actually much more impact on ballance as the officially listed ones.
It seems weird to me. Fire staff seems much weaker than the documented changes suggest and like you said, musket seems to hurt a lot more - to the point as a caster I had to change my gems round to survive the hail of bullets and arrows. Also a lot of drop changes to everything, to the point where you simply must have pvp enabled to get drops like before.
I am playing mainly musket, I haven’t tested yet the new patch, but the “hail of bullet” will fade soon, just the people are testing right now a long time dumped weapon
