It’s literally always at the end of the month.
This. It has been like that for half a year. End of the month 
Our Summer game update should be coming out soon… it’s in the final stages of testing.
If you’d like to ensure it goes to Live in the best condition possible, I do recommend joining in on the Public Test Realm, checking out the new content, and giving us feedback (including bug reports if you find any). This will help us improve the patch before (or shortly after) it goes wide. 
(And a big shoutout thanks to the many folks who have already been doing so!)
