Dude, there’s always one person who shows up just to spit venom. They’re not worth responding to. They enjoy being contrarians and relish the idea getting under your skin. Some might even call them trolls.
Best to ignore - unless you enjoy a bloody forehead.
How’s about we all agree we’re all emotional to one degree or another and we all really like the game and want it to be the best it can be, we just have different ways of communicating it.
It’s ok to express frustration as long as it remains constructive and it’s okay to disagree as long as it remains respectful.
I’m not using profanity and numbers when I talk, I posted a thought out a response to something I disagreed with. When my opinion didn’t align with his thought process instead of ignoring he started responding progressively negatively through each new comment. I’ll argue anything I believe in; but no, I’m not here to troll.

Wasn’t really referring to you, but if the shoe fits.
I was the one he was responding to in the comment that you replied to though…
So it seems. I was referring to CPFelons.
After the first, I deemed I didn’t have interest in his comments and didn’t read the rest
Posting off topic and criticising people for complaints is not really constructive or fair considering your original comment. People have the right to give the devs constructive criticism. It’s a little hypocritical for you to basically say that your issues with his opinion on the game are valid and welcome in the forum but their complaints are not and they should leave and come back once they have fixed the game.
Love these guys that think going around and telling others NOT to respond to people they disagree with think they are super cool or something. You are just as bad as the trolls (which I am not) you run around here crying about.
Mind your own business if someone wants to have a discussion with a person you disagree with that is their own choice and I am guessing that person does NOT need your advice on who to chat with on a video game forum.
Word some words of advice.
Calling an official launch that was actually really good a “beta” is not constructive criticism.
Saying the word “bug” 25 times in an OP and countless poster after without a single example of these “alpha/beta bugs” is NOT constructive criticism.
Maybe you missed all those. Thats ok, better luck next time.
Its normal with you guys to flag someone when they make you look silly. Go right ahead pal.
Ok, so tell me. Since the removal of the stagger mechanic, there were a tons of complaints on the forum, since the alpha, where it was the top post of all time in alpha and a huge post in the betas.
They never spoke a word about it, not even a dev answer saying “We will communicate it to the team !”.
So i’m not so sure who is lying right now. If announcing maintenances and delays is EXTREMELY good communication, then OK. But they never said anything to some of the biggest complains which is the depth of the combat system.
And it’s just an example.
They although never released any roadmap.
The biggest complain is queues and they have released over 20 communications on it. Just because they didn’t answer a thread your created or participated in over a year ago during alpha does NOT mean
Another example of you lying I just did a quick look through the general forums and there are over 10 threads this week that ASG responded to, many of them have multiple responses.
Just because they didnt directly reach out to you by phone or email does NOT mean they are not communicating with the player base.
Wow, 10 threads out of thousands where they said “We will share it with the team !”. What a great communication !
Releasing roadmap during development is something common and very important, to give your customer insight of where the product is heading. Again, it was never done by AGS, please stop lying to yourself, poor you.
Very funny, for my example, it was not a random post I contributed, but just the top of all time post, but anyway…
And well, it’s just all the alpha and beta feedback that was ignored.
Saying that AGS is very concerned by listening to the community when they are trying to solve queue time, it’s completly naive. It was mandatory to fix the queue time because the game was unplayable and it was a huge money loss.
But I understand, you have to protect the devs and hope maybe they will pay you a coffee.
And I understand you have a grudge against a video game company because they didn’t call your cell phone because there is something in the game you don’t like.
Nothing they will do will ever be good enough for you because you think someone how they hurt you by not responding.
Better luck next time bud.
They have communicated, they have reached out to the community, you just don’t like it wasnt what you wanted.
Wow, some high level speech here.
I was hoping you proved me wrong, I’m a bit disappointed.
Thinking about just how much feedback was given on beta, they’re probably had to do some priorities. They might also not have managed to replicate the bug and as such doesn’t know exactly what to do.
I remember some bugs in WoW, they were reported during vanilla. They were never resolved and was “closed” when Cataclysm came out many years later, and removed the feature all together.
