When to expect combat balance changes?

Curious if they have mentioned anything about this being a focus or if they are ok with current game balance?

They work on combat balance in every patch.

I was asking about a larger patch. Fixing perk bugs and things are more maintenance less balance. The free slow with any hit on melee was balance. And nothing to n the current PTR really changes anything.

We have not been given a concrete roadmap for the next year yet - without that we have no indication of any upcoming balance or bugs patch.
