When will the harvesting kit be returned?

Greetings. Would like to know why I still haven’t got the set back? I lost it a long time ago and you promised to refund … but nothing happens. Why do you provide such discomfort in the game?

First of all apologies for the delay of this hole situation, the team is aware of that, but right know we don’t have an official ETA for this, they’re still working on this. When any official announcement is made, you will see it here in the forums.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

We can understand the delay. But when you promise to return them to us on the end of the weekend. And it did not happended, We don’t whine.

But you don’t need us to whine first so you can update the situation right?

If it’s the due. And you can’t make it. Then just make the official statement that you can’t make it. Don’t let us reach you and ask for the thing that you promised.

It’s the basic of customer support and communication.

Apologizing won’t do anything. Can you please improve your customer engagement / communication to the gamers, please?

I understand that the game is now in great difficulty, but this is not the fault of the players. And I am very uncomfortable playing without a set that I really need. And I don’t see the need to buy a new one, because in the future you promised to reimburse it. Hopefully the waiting time will be compensated for. this is a big inconvenience.

you never have… which is one of my greatest issues with AGS… i work next door to software developers and i know not everything can be predicted with an ETA when it comes to developing a new feature or testing it…

however when it is solving or spotting an error an ETA is normal. if it cannot be given then the issue is the written code being confusing and no documentation was written during its development.

so either you didnt document properly or you messed up big time making a messy code even the developers cant easily dive into which will only spell more trouble as we continue and the product grows…

heck you dont even list what you intend to do in updates ahead of time… learn from blizzard… or any other mmo comp.

The team in charge of this is working on fix it as soon as possible. We, the forum moderators will let you know when an official announcement is done.

I know this whole situation is frustrating but I ask you to all of you a little bit of patience.

You are aware, that this is the reply to absolutely everything these days, are you? Server merges, furniture trade, bugged crafting, bugged chests, bugged transfers… you guys really need to come up with solutions very soon. I’m sure, I’m not the only one who’s completely fed up with the team is aware of and they’re still working on this.

Hate to be that guy, but for future reference, the word you’re looking for is whole. Not hole.

I appreciate the willingness to admit fault and failure with this harvesting set situation. I trust that the devs are working hard to fix it and I am doing my best to be patient.

Good afternoon. I still don’t see my chest with these things. Why do you write that they can be found in a backpack - and they are not there?

I also did not receive the harvesting gear after this patch.

When will the problem with connecting to the server, namely “the account is connected to another game session”, be solved?

after 1.1.1, still haven’t got harvester set back. not even a single piece.

Yeah my harvesting gear disappeared except for I think my hat so I had to buy new items because I wasn’t going to just not harvest and wait around for them to give it back (since there was no “official ETA”). Just logged in and nothing new in my inventory.

Is that the issue? That we bought replacement gear? Or has NO ONE gotten it yet?

So is the team comfortable with lying to the community two times in a row ?? you stated twice that we would be getting it back, which from no fault of the community it was taken and removed from us. So basically you “not so much as stole but broke it” and now twice had promise to returned it and now have lied to us twice… How is this considered good customer service, dodging the questions, shift blaming, evading etc. Well you get the picture. Please if nothing else don’t lie to us further if we stuck around this long how much more are we expected to take. I mean even if we love the game you can’t expect a decent or happy playerbase being treaded like this.
